The City General Services Office, under the leadership of Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D., conducted a Capacity Development Activity for Supply Officers at the City Tourism Gallery. The participants were Supply Officers from various departments and offices of the City Government of Tagbilaran, all gathered to enhance their skills and stay updated on key procurement and asset management processes. Resource speakers included City Budget Officer Marysol Perocho, Mr. Marvin Elaba of bukolabs.io, and CGSO personnel who discussed topics such as market scoping, e-Procurement System updates, procurement matters, Supply Officer System, preparation of PR and PPMP, and asset management updates.
