TRANSPORTATION SECTION
- Control the proper scheduling and assigning of drivers, City Government vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Conduct inventory of all city government owned vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Provide heavy equipment and services to support the needs of the city government in its infrastructure requirements.
- Handle the issuance of driver’s trip ticket and fuel requisition of all city government vehicles.
- Prepare supporting documents, trip tickets and COA report for monthly processing of payment of gasoline and lubricants.
- Prepare, file and maintain report of monthly fuel and lubricant consumption.
MOTORPOOL SECTION
- Ensure that all city government vehicles and heavy equipment are serviceable.
- Conduct preventive maintenance of all city government owned vehicles and heavy equipment units.
- Maintain files of Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Records.
- Conduct inspection and prepare pre and post inspection report for repair of vehicle.
- Take charge of the maintenance and security of the City Motorpool compound.
- Provide complete service that includes washing and greasing of all city government owned vehicles and heavy equipment units.
