The IT and Planning Section of the City General Services Office was convened by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D. to kickstart preparations for the 2025 Christmas decorations in the City Hall compound. The team is working early to ensure another festive and meaningful celebration that brings joy to every Tagbilaranon and lights up our city with the spirit of the season. Definitely something to look forward to.
