The City General Services Office proudly joined today’s Monday Flag Ceremony at City Hall, which also marked the opening program of the month-long 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration. Messages of inspiration were delivered by City Administrator Alvin Acuzar and CMO Chief of Staff Ma’am Cathelyn Torremocha on behalf of Mayor Jane Yap. Special thanks to Ma’am Cathy for highlighting in your message the invaluable contribution of all civil servants—especially our dedicated CGSO utility workers who tirelessly keep City Hall and its grounds clean and orderly.
