A meeting was held with the Records Section under the Admin and General Services Division, presided over by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba PhD, to discuss key initiatives aimed at improving records management and employee support systems. Among the highlights of the discussion were the full digitalization of incoming and outgoing communications and personnel records, ensuring a more efficient and organized workflow within the office. The meeting also explored ways to enhance employee welfare, including the possibility of insurance coverage for Job Order (JO) personnel and PhilHealth registration.

These initiatives reflect CGSO’s continuing efforts to modernize systems, strengthen employee support, and deliver more efficient public service.
