The City General Services Office led by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, facilitated the distribution of fuel subsidy for our hardworking tricycle drivers in Tagbilaran on April 18, 19 and 2026.
This initiative, under the leadership of Mayor Jane Yap and the City Government of Tagbilaran, aims to support our drivers and help ease the burden of daily fuel costs.
Our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated CGSO personnel together with BPLO Head Mary Christine Bitoy-Montalban and staff for working on a weekend and ensuring that the timely release of the fuel subsidy.
