ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION

 

INVENTORY SECTION

  1. Conduct periodic physical inventory of city government properties, equipment and plant assets- Water Supply, Power Supply, Buildings and Land/Road Networks.
  2.  Validate and record all incoming Property Issue Slip and Property Acknowledgement Receipt.
  3.  Tagging of Property Sticker to every property or equipment, recording and deployment of equipment and property.
  4.  Encode all detailed information of each Property Return Slip (PRS).
  5.  Reconcile and update renewal of Property Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR).
  6.  Facilitate property clearance of City Government employees as to their property accountabilities.
  7.  Assign spaces and buildings for government offices.
  8.  Prepare and submit Inventory Report of Equipment and Plant Assets; Report on Physical Count of Property Plant & Equipment; Annual Report of Inventory of Motor Vehicle.
  9.  Conduct semi-annual inventory of common supplies.
  10.  Maintaining and updating of asset registry including city owned real property, plant property and equipment.

 Serve as secretariat of the Local Asset Management Council.

 

DISPOSAL SECTION

  1. Facilitate the processing of unserviceable items.
  2. Prepare and submit Inventory Inspection Report of Unserviceable Property (IRRUP).
  3. Submit report of all unserviceable equipment for appraisal to the Disposal Committee.
  4. Facilitate the necessary procedures for bidding of unserviceable items.
  5. Submit IRRUP to COA for signature.

 

RECORDS SECTION

  1. Take custody of all records pertaining to all properties, real or personal, owned by the City Government, as well as those granted to it in the form of donation, assistance and counterpart of joint projects.
  2. Facilitate processing of e-titles, usufruct and donations.  
  3. Facilitate submission of reports to COA, CMO, and OCA.
  4. File and organize official records of all City Government properties, equipment and plant assets; ledger cards and real property cards.
  5. Facilitate the signing and distribution of copies of PAR, ARE, PRS, ICS, and IRRUP.
  6. Administer the annual registration and payment of insurance premiums of all City Government vehicles and buildings.
  7. Maintain and safe keep copies and files of vehicle registrations, insurance policies and other related documents.
  8. Coordinate and reconcile plant asset records from the City Accounting Office and City Assessor’s Office.
  9. Facilitate the request of all certified true copies and original titles of all city owned land from the Register of Deeds.
  10. Encode all detailed information of each PAR and ICS for every accountable officer and employee.
