Today, in commemoration of the 126th Philippine Independence Day, the City General Services Office, led by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D., attended the special flag-raising ceremony and a short commemorative program at the Tagbilaran City Hall. As we stood together in solidarity, we honor the bravery and resilience of our ancestors and reaffirmed our commitment to uphold the values of independence and unity. Happy Independence Day!
