Today, CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D and CGSO key personnel met with the new Chief of Police of Tagbilaran City, PLtCol John Kareen Escober and his team. The meeting focused on discussing logistic requirements and enhancing coordination between our offices to ensure effective and seamless operations.
