CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba joins the Workshop on Organizational Vision, Mission, and Goals of the City Government of Tagbilaran today, August 5, 2024, at Jj’s Seafood Village. The workshop, attended by department heads and heads of offices, was facilitated by Dr. Rosalinda Paredes, City Governance Coordinator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through its Cities for Enhanced Governance and Engagement (CHANGE) Project.
