The City General Services Office headed by Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D. and represented by
Assistant CGSO Ruby Casas, warmly welcomed the officials and department heads of the Loca
Government Unit of Castilla, Sorsogon, led by Mayor Isagani Mendoza. During their visit, the
CGSO proudly showcased its best practices in digitalization through the eCGSO System, featuring
a suite of digital tools aimed at enhancing efficiency and transparency in government processes,
including the e-Procurement System, Motorpool Tracking System, Asset Management System,
Tent Location System, and Employee Pass Slip Management. CGSO IT personnel Bryan Laureano
provided a detailed technical explanation of the systems, sharing valuable insights into how
these tools improve operations and accountability. The visitors also took interest in the CGSO
Operations Manual and Personnel Handbook, and visited the CGSO Supplies Storage Building
and Asset Registry to observe how assets and supplies are efficiently managed. Thank you, LGU
