The City General Services Office (CGSO) led by Chris John Rener Torralba Ph.D. joined the Opening Ceremony of Palarong Lingkod Bayani 2026 as part of the celebration of Philippine Civil Service Month. Carrying the theme “One Family, One City,” the activity brought together city government officials and employees for a day of fun, teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.
