This morning’s Flag Raising Ceremony brought the City Government community together as we proudly raised the flags of the Philippines, the Province of Bohol, and the City of Tagbilaran.
Three flags representing the country, our province, and our city—each a reminder of the communities we are called to serve.
Pride in where we come from. Purpose in what we do.
