Cash prizes and plaques were awarded to the winners by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D. A big CONGRATULATIONS to the Administrative and General Services Division, this year’s Champion, for their beautiful Christmas Village depicting the First Christmas and the birth of Baby Jesus.
