Led by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D., the City General Services Office conducted a meaningful outreach activity today for the pupils of Poblacion 2 National Child Development Center. The children enjoyed a fun-filled morning of games, shared meals, and loot bags generously prepared by CGSO employees, creating smiles and happy memories for everyone involved. Sincere thanks to Teachers Lucille Mamacus and Mary Jane Relamida for their invaluable support in facilitating the activity. This outreach is in fulfillment of Mayor Jane Yap’s directive to forego traditional Christmas parties and instead extend the spirit of the season through outreach activities for children—bringing joy where it matters most.
