CGSO Head Dr. Chris John Rener Torralba welcomed a meaningful exchange of ideas with Dr. Rosalinda Paredes, City Governance Coordinator of the USAID CHANGE Project, and Ms. Gemma Borreros, Provincial Project Coordinator of the Partnering for Climate and Disaster Resilience Project on December 3, 2024. The discussion focused on best practices, highlighting collaboration for climate and disaster preparedness. Dr. Torralba, along with Asset Management Division Head Catherine Limpo, proudly shared the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) 2022-2027 and the Asset Registry of the City Government of Tagbilaran, showcasing the city’s commitment to sustainable and efficient resource management. Together, we continue to learn, grow, and innovate for a better and more resilient Tagbilaran City!
