Congratulations to the Blue Team, composed of the City General Services Office, Solid Waste Management Office, and Tagbilaran City Waterworks System, for reigning supreme in the Tagbilaran City Hall Inter-Departmental League 2024. They emerged as champions in both Basketball and Women’s Volleyball, and secured 2nd runner-up in Men’s Volleyball. Special congratulations to Joseph Cajegas for being named Basketball MVP and Baron Maghinay for making the Mythical Five.
