CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, Ph.D. met today with the supply officers of various national government agencies based in Tagbilaran City to ensure alignment and readiness for their CY 2026 procurement activities.
Present during the coordination meeting were representatives from COMELEC, DILG, Parole and Probation Administration, Registry of Deeds/LRA, and BJMP. Dr. Torralba emphasized the importance of proper planning, timely submission of requirements, and adherence to procurement standards to help agencies avoid delays and ensure smooth operations in the coming year.
