The meeting was attended by key personnel from the City Budget Office, Bids and Awards Committee, Mayor’s Office, and the City General Services Office, with Mr. Marvs Elaba of bukolabs.io providing technical inputs. Discussions centered on system improvements, alignment of processes, and strengthening inter-office coordination to further support transparent, efficient, and digitalized procurement in line with the City Government of Tagbilaran’s digital reforms.
