In his capacity as City Energy Efficiency and Conservation Officer, CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba met with the designated Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Coordinators to discuss strategies aimed at reducing energy consumption across offices and ensuring compliance with Republic Act No. 11285, otherwise known as the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act of 2019.
With the support of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Team of the City Government of Tagbilaran, the meeting focused on strengthening implementation measures, improving monitoring mechanisms, and promoting responsible energy use in government facilities—advancing sustainability and cost-efficiency in public service.
